What happens if my order is lost or damaged?Updated a month ago

For UK Customers:

  • Lost in Transit: If your tracking isn't updating, your parcel may be lost. Please contact us here for assistance.
  • Damaged on Arrival: If your package is visibly damaged upon delivery contact us here within 48 hours.

For International Customers:

    •    If your goods are lost, or if you receive them as faulty or damaged on delivery, please contact us here within 14 days.
