Can I amend or cancel my order?Updated a month ago

Once your order is placed, our Fulfilment Centre processes it very quickly. We’ll always do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations, but it isn't always possible.

If you’d like to cancel, you have 14 days from receiving your order to return it under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Once returned, we’ll issue a refund minus the original delivery charge.

Please note:

• The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund (unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error).
• You can refuse delivery, and your order will be returned to us free of charge and refunded once received.
• To cancel or arrange a return, email us here within 14 working days of receiving your order.
