Will this cover dark circles?
Yes. But for full coverage, we’d recommend our Hydra Lift Concealer. This concealer gives more of an illuminating boost and can be applied over foundation or concealer.
Do I use this over or under my foundation or regular concealer?
For a brightening, illuminating boost, apply over your foundation or concealer.
Is this just for the eye area?
Mostly, yes, but you can absolutely use it elsewhere. Try it around the nostrils, along the nasolabial folds, or add a light sweep to the cheeks and chin for all-over brightness.
