Try them with confidence with our 30-Day Buy & Try Promise which means you can try your products and if they’re not quite right, you can send them back for a full refund.

Returning Items

  • Used Products: Return only gently used items. Items not in gently used condition may receive a partial refund.
  • Change of Mind: Unopened, unused items can be returned within 30 days. A returns label will be provided if applicable. Refunds will be processed minus the original delivery charge, and return postage will be deducted from your refund.
  • Damaged or Faulty Products: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
  • How to Return: Email us here with your full name, order number and reason for return. Returns labels are usually sent within three working days.

Refunds

  • Allow up to 14 working days from posting for refunds.
  • Shipping costs are generally non-refundable, unless your package was not delivered on time.
  • Free returns are available for UK orders only; international returns are currently at the customer’s cost.

Exceptions

  • Gift cards and candles are non-refundable.
  • Items that have already been refunded cannot be returned for a refund, unless faulty or damaged.

Returned by Courier or Incorrect Address

  • Orders returned due to non-collection, refusal, or incorrect address will be refunded minus the original shipping cost.

Order Cancellation

  • In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you can cancel within 14 working days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. 
  • Refunds will be processed minus the original delivery charge, and return postage is your responsibility, unless the item was damaged, faulty, or supplied incorrectly.
